Vaca Frita


¼ kilogram of brisket previously used as boiling meat for a soup
1 clove of garlic
½ Seville orange.
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons lard or oil

Cooking instructions: 

Pound and shred the meat to taste after it is tender.

Season it with crushed garlic, Seville orange or lemon juice and salt.

Minutes before serving, fry in sizzling hot oil.
